The Company was started in 1988 as a proprietorship firm & remains so till today. Ours is a landscape design and project management company which works in the construction of golf courses.
In 1995 we started working on Golf Courses . This was at Eagleton Golf Course. During this time we gained valuable experience working with Australian experts in the field of golf course construction. We gained tremendous exposure in the different aspects of golf course construction like Bulk Earthworks, Rough & Fine Shaping, Drainage, Feature Construction, Grassing etc.
In March 1999, we undertook our first project with total indigenous expertise in the re-construction of Fairway No. 1, Driving Range, Practice Facilities in KGA Golf Course, Bangaloe. Since then we have completed several courses as indicated below. In the Bangalore Golf Club we perfected the art of concrete lining lakes without reinforcement.
Our main forte is Project management of Golf Courses and its subsequent maintenance. In this aspect we assist the client in the different facets of Golf Course Construction like Bulkworks, Feature Construction of Greens, Tees, Bunkers, Irrigation, Drainage etc. We float tenders for these items to known and experienced contractors on the basis of which we commence and complete the works. |
